REPORTS AND RESULTS
Reports, PDF and reporting
A useful report does not accumulate metrics: it explains what changed, why it matters and which decision comes next.
Positioning Report
Use the ranking report to show changes, queries, URLs and trends. Set the period and filters before exporting so the document answers a clear question.
Include an executive reading alongside the data: relevant changes, likely causes, completed actions and open tasks.
Health and technical progress
Health Report summarizes technical issues and maintenance opportunities. Group findings by impact, effort and dependency to avoid an impossible list.
When an issue needs development or hosting, include evidence, affected URL and how to verify the fix.
PDF to share
PDF Report prepares a deliverable. Review property name, period, filters, language and recommendations before downloading.
A client report should separate observed data, interpretation and proposal. Do not present estimates as guaranteed results.
Recurring reporting
Choose a cadence that matches the project: weekly for issues and monthly for trends. Keep the comparison framework consistent so progress stays readable.
Close every report with three blocks: what changed, what is decided now and what needs an external dependency.
